Maryam Beyer

Maryam started her business career as a legal assistant in 1974 while still in college. By graduation she had been promoted to Office Manager for a large international law firm. Following college she married and started a family. In 1980 she earned her first real estate license in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her first hand knowledge of relocating a family multiple times, her legal background and her strong negotiation skills all contributed to making real estate a natural vocation for her. In her first year she sold over $500k and it has only gone up since then. She has held or now holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Colorado, Georgia, and Florida. For the last 18 years she has been a broker agent with Coldwell Banker – Residential in Palm Harbor, Florida.

In 2001 her husband Jack joined her practice. Jack is a certified short sale and foreclosure expert. The Beyer Team sells in excess of $12 million a year in residential real estate in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties.

Maryam is known for her close personal contact with each of her clients. As an example, she still answers her own phone, responds to text messages almost immediately, and email is returned within 6 hours. Her hands-on approach with each client relieves them of the stress inherent in any real estate transaction. Many of her clients have called her “the boutique real estate professional” because her practice focuses on the specific needs of each client. It matches her slogan of “Expect Even More”.
